We are a family run business based in the market town of Millom, Cumbria, in the Western Lake District of England.
Our aim is to provide a fast, efficient and cost effective way of furnishing your home with everything from lamps to full size furniture. However, the backbone of the business is our ability to provide beautiful curtaining, made on site by our own designers and seamstresses. And if you really just can't wait for our waiting list to go down, then we offer an express made-to-measure curtain service in a superb range of top quality fabrics.
The shop is an Aladdin's cave of wonderful things to entice you to find the perfect accessories for your house or perhaps a gift for yourself, family, friend or colleague. Most of our items are "one off's" and add a touch of authenticity to your home. Browsing is highly recommended, especially in the dark corners!
Should you need anything for your home just call, or call in and ask. Our stockits provide catalogues for you to browse through in store to assist when trying to make your mind up. If you need some assistance then the team will do everything to help you decide.
We've had customers from all over the world and as they keep coming back, we like to think we're doing something right! And we'll do exactly the same for you too. Everything to assist you from the very start of your purchases until your satisfaction is complete.
Parking bays are right outside the shop and the local council operate a disc parking system in the street. If you don't have a disc parking display card just ask and we'll happily provide you one, naturally, free of charge and yours to keep.
